About Us
Hello! Thank you for visiting my personal website and for wanting to learn a little bit about me.
I was born and raised in Central Florida, USA and went to New Zealand in 1992 when I married Bernie. Bernie was born and raised in New Zealand. I am a retired nurse and Bernie is a 40 year veteran fire-fighter. Between us, we have 6 children (4 sons and 2 daughters) and 8 grandchildren (6 boys and 2 girls).
We enjoy many things, but at the top of our list is spending time with family, going to shows, dining out, and gardening. I also enjoy being a member of the Red Hat Society, and having coffee with friends. Bernie enjoys riding his motorcycles and playing bagpipes. Our favorite holidays/vacations are spent with family and friends in Florida. My favorite activity is visiting shopping malls with my sisters and Bernie goes dirt-bike riding with our boys.
Bernie and I have been fortunate to have accomplished many goals in our lives. But, we consider our biggest accomplishment to have been our ability to help many people, both directly and indirectly, through our chosen career paths. Our goal is to continue doing the same into retirement. By using our products, we are healthier and more active, which allows us to spend more quality time with our friends and families. We would like to help others to do the same.
We want our bodies and minds to be vibrant, youthful and energetic and enable us to live our lives to our fullest potential. So how do we get to and maintain this target of health?
